Bloody Witches Fingers

1/4 cup of unsalted soften butter,
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1/4 cups of flour
 4 teaspoons (or more)of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (preferably pure)
24 of sliced almonds


1/Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2/In a bowl, cream the butter, sugar and brown sugar with electric 3/Mixer. Add the egg yolk and beat until the mixture is homogeneous. At low speed, add flour alternately with milk and vanilla. The dough will be rather dry, but must nevertheless sticking. Add milk as required.
4/For each cookie, shape 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Of finger-like paste. Pressing a kernel at the end of the paste by way of nail. Place it on the plate. Mimic the folds of joints by the end of a butter knife. put it in refrigerator 30 minutes.
5/Place the rack in center of oven. Preheat oven to 190C (375F).
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until the finger underside is lightly browned . Let it cool.
